This is what it costs to have Dr. Shams come to you at a given time — separate from, and added on top of, the cost of your visit or treatment below.

"Established" means seen within the past 12 months. After that, a new consult re-establishes your care so your treatment plan reflects where you're at now. All consultations are per patient — seeing two family members means two consultations.

- 1 Major Auto-Hemotherapy (Ozone IV): requires a CBC with differential and CMP within 90 days, and G6PD results on file within the last 24 months.
- 2 NAD+ IV, 500mg and above, and the 5-day protocol, require a prescription.
- 3 Iron Infusion: requires an Iron Panel, CBC with differential, and CMP within 90 days. Must be an established patient of Dr. Shams.
- 4 Heavy Metal Chelation: requires documented toxicity via Urinary Toxic Metal Screening plus recent CBC, CMP, and urinalysis. Patients over 40 also need a DEXA scan and NTx urinary test.
- 5 High-Dose Vitamin C IV: requires a CMP within 90 days and a G6PD test within 24 months. Dose is set by weight, condition, and kidney function.
- 6 Artesunate IV: a 60mg test dose is required before the first full treatment. Can be paired with high-dose vitamin C, or with any phytonutrient IV below — not both in the same session.
- 7 EGCG, Resveratrol, Melatonin, Quercetin & Curcumin IVs: can all be combined with each other and with nutrient IVs in the same session. None should be combined with high-dose vitamin C or ozone therapy, and none should be given within 24 hours of a chemotherapy infusion unless the treating oncologist directs otherwise.
IV therapies are generally available for ages 12 and up. Minors need a parent physically present for the full infusion; separated or divorced parents must both consent. Patients with active cancer require co-management with their oncologist.
