Telemedicine

 

  • Telemedicine Visit (New Patient—30-60 minutes) $300
    • Telemedicine New Patient Appointments include taking a detailed medical history, reviewing previous medical records/labs/imaging, medication evaluation, and provide the patient with a comprehensive integrative treatment plan.

 

  • Telemedicine (Follow Up Patient | 15-45 minutes) $150
    • Telemedicine Follow up Appointments includes discussing pertinent health history changes since the previous visit, review recent lab work results, discuss health progress, and formulate a treatment plan.

 

  • 15 Minute Consult (New Patient | 15 minutes) free
    • 15-minute consult for non-established patients to meet the physician and determine if they would like to establish as a patient.

Non-Visit Interaction

 

  • E-mail/SMS Correspondence Initiated by Patient (Follow Up Patient | 15 minutes, $45 | 30 minutes, $75|)
    • Charges are for reading and evaluating the patient query, reviewing and analyzing the material necessary to determine the best and most reliable answer, and stating the answer in a way that will be understandable and meaningful to the patient. Includes one complete response email/SMS by the physician. 

 

  • Paperwork on behalf of the patient (Follow Up Patient | 30 minutes, $75 |
    • Billable for the physician’s time to complete forms for the patient; includes School forms, Camp forms, Sports participation forms, Disability forms, FMLA forms, Life insurance forms, Paperwork for patient assistance programs, Referral letters.

 

  • Refills or prescription changes handled outside of an office visit (Follow Up Patient | $75 |
    • Covers the physician’s time for creating a medical encounter, filling out a prescription form, and interacting with the pharmacy.

 

  • Imaging or lab order handled outside of an office visit (Follow Up Patient | $75 )
    • Covers the physician’s time for creating a medical encounter, filling out a lab/imaging order form, and interacting with the lab/imaging center.

 

Intravenous Therapies

 

  • Acute Immunity IV $250 500mL
    • Reserved for those battling an acute viral illness. The IV contains the maximum amount of Vitamin C allowable before lab testing is required. The IV is further bolstered with Lysine to inhibit viral replication, Zinc and Magnesium for immune support, B vitamins and B12 for energy.  The IV is delivered and administered at your home by a physician.  The IV takes 60 minutes to drip.

    • The big brother of our acute immunity IV. Twice the size, with the maximum therapeutic dosages of the 11 included micronutrients.  Dripped over 2 hours and reserved for our most severely ill patients.

    • Potent antioxidant IV therapy. Pricing is based off of dosage which varies dependent upon intended effect.

    • Our signature nutrient bag combines Vitamin C, Magnesium, Zinc, an assortment of B vitamins, and concentrated B12 into a single 250ml bag of Sodium Chloride. This IV is designed for those needing a boost in energy and key nutrients that are often depleted in today’s world. IV is administered in-home and takes approximately 40 minutes.

 

  • Replenish & Rehydrate IV ($240/500ml, $340/1000ml)
    • Dehydration is a common ailment in the desert. This IV provides the body with needed hydration directly into your veins. It comes with added minerals, magnesium, and B vitamins for energy added into a 500ml/1000ml lactated ringer’s bag.  Which size is best is dependent on body size, and severity of symptoms.   

 

  • Pregnancy-Friendly Replenish & Rehydrate IV ($240/500ml, $340/1000ml)
    • A fetus-friendly IV designed to keep moms-to-be out of the ER when the morning sickness proves to be a bit too much. The exact IV formula is included below to provide to your OB. The IV takes approximately 60-75 minutes.

    • Well researched and directly formulated for the treatment of an aggressive migraine. Contains high dosages of Pyridoxine (B5), folic acid, and magnesium which are all independently validated as a treatment for a migraine.

    • Iron Infusion to correct iron deficiency where oral supplementation has failed. Requires Rx from an outside provider with lab work and letter of referral, or the patient must be established with an Elixir Clinic Physician.

 

All Intravenous therapies are mixed within 45 minutes of administration in an ISO-5 Laminar Flow Hood within an ISO-7 environment to ensure USP Compliance.

Intramuscular Injections

 

  • B12 Energy Booster Shot $20
    • B12 and B Complex combined into 1 shot to give you added energy.

 

  • Vitamin D Injection $30
    • Intramuscular injection of Vitamin D to quickly correct deficiencies in the chronic or acute immune setting

Nebulization

 

  • Nebulized Glutathione Treatment (Add-on) $30
    • Administration of glutathione (GSH) directly to the alveolar surface of the lungs via nebulization for the intended purpose of reducing oxidative stress and damage to the lung parenchyma, while concurrently cleaving mucus to make a dry cough more productive.
