How to schedule a visit:

Option 1: Texting

Texting Dr. Shams at 480-508-1220 is the easiest way to set up an appointment for our mobile services.  This is a one-man crew and often Dr. Shams is either with a patient or driving the ambulance and therefore unable to answer the phone immediately.  Texting allows him to respond when he has a moment.  Generally, expect a response within an hour of sending a text, (unless it’s in the middle of the night).

Things to include in the text:

• Your name.
• The situation regarding why our services are being requested.
• The location/address you’d need us to travel to (if applicable).

Option 2: Phone Message

Calling Dr. Shams at 480-508-1220 and leaving a detailed message is a good option too.  Depending on how taxed our services are a return phone call may take up to a day.

In the rare instance that Dr. Shams has a moment to answer your call, please understand the following:

• medical advice cannot be given out outside of a telemedicine visit, or house call.
• Phone calls are treated as 15-minute consults for the patient to ask questions and determine if our services are the right fit for them.
